Professional Experience

Arturo Jaramillo has more than 17 years of experience in labor law litigation. He has defended and advised national and international employers in various industries, including aeronautics, automotive, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, textile, and glass.

Arturo represents clients throughout the Mexican Republic in individual and collective litigation of labor matters before the Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Federal and Local Conciliation and Registration Centers and Federal and State Labor Courts. In addition, he is an expert in amparo lawsuits and guides employers in the processes of termination of the employment relationship.
